It is capable of accurately correcting rail surface defects including corrugation, squamous wear, and lipping. Post-milling, the rail profile precision can reach ±0.1?mm, and longitudinal smoothness complies with the EN13231 international standard. Its proprietary automatic turnout milling function enables full-process maintenance for both mainline tracks and turnouts, effectively overcoming the technical blind spots that traditional equipment cannot address.

        In terms of operational efficiency, the FGM500A rail milling train can achieve a working speed of up to 1 km/h, while maintaining stable performance under extreme conditions such as minimum curve radii of 20 meters and gradients of up to 80‰. Its lightweight design combined with an intelligent control system significantly reduces transit time between work sites, greatly enhancing the utilization rate during the limited nighttime “golden window” maintenance periods.

      The after-sales service system has also performed remarkably. TsingInst Railway has established a dedicated support team providing 7×24-hour technical assistance, having responded to over five fault service requests with an average on-site arrival time of less than 24 hours.
